Deposits

At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit per person is due. If the booking is made 60 days or less prior to departure, full payment is due at the time of booking. Odyssey Morocco (the Company) will provide a PayPal account for secure payments.

• Trips 7 or more days: $350 deposit per person
• Trips 2 to 6 days: $200 deposit per person
• Day trips: No deposit. Payment in full due 10 days before trip.

Payments

Trip payments will be on the following schedule. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of your trip.

• 90 days prior to departure, 50% payment due
• 45 days prior to departure, payment in full

Cancellations

If you cancel your booking, and that cancellation is not a result of nonpayment or any other breach of Terms, the deposit amount will be held by the Company to be applied to a future tour. Cancellations must be made in writing to Contact@OdysseyMorocco.com. Following are cancellation terms:

• Cancellations received 91 days or more before departure: Deposit will be held by the Company for a future trip by the patron and any other payments made to the Company will be 100% refunded.
• Cancellations received 45-90 days before departure: Deposit will be held by the Company for a future trip by the patron and 50% of other payments to the Company will be refunded.
• Cancellations less than 44 days before departure: Deposit will be held by the Company for a future trip by the patron and no other payments made to the Company will be refunded.

Mandatory Insurance Requirements

You must have travel insurance with a minimum medical, evacuation and repatriation coverage of US$100,000 covering all applicable dates of travel. This information will be collected by the Company on the first day of your tour. This insurance must cover personal injury and emergency medical expenses. You are strongly recommended to extend your coverage to include cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that may arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience while traveling.

Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to obtain information and to have in your possession all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure and travel to and from Morocco. This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by the relevant governmental authorities.

Inclusions

Tour inclusions will be outlined in your final itinerary. Airfare to and from Morocco is NOT included in tour costs and must be arranged independently.
